ITC Hotels Limited has relaunched its loyalty programme, Club ITC, with expanded benefits aimed at enhancing member value and recognition. The programme now operates across more than 140 hotels in 90 destinations, offering transparency and a unified experience across stays, dining, and events.

With our new promise of Feel Rewarded, we are delivering one of the most transparent, inclusive, and value-driven loyalty programs in the industry," said Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited.
Under the revamped structure, 1 Green Point is equivalent to 1 Rupee, and points do not expire for members completing at least one transaction annually. A new Platinum Select tier allows members to retain Platinum benefits for 15 years, while fewer nights are required to achieve higher-tier status. Earnings on stays and dining have increased to between 2 and 8 per cent, and milestone rewards now recognise members throughout their journey.
The Culinaire dining subscription now provides 20 per cent instant savings on F&B, spa services, and laundry, in addition to earning up to 12 per cent Green Points. Members can also convert points to Marriott Bonvoy points or redeem them for travel vouchers, expanding Club ITC into a broader lifestyle and travel programme. |
