Yanolja has acquired InnKey, an India-based hospitality technology platform, through Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS). The acquisition is expected to strengthen InnKey’s presence in global enterprise hospitality markets, particularly across the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
InnKey currently supports more than 500 hotels across India through its integrated platform covering front office operations, food and beverage, procurement, financial accounting, and guest engagement.

InnKey’s platform is currently used by hotel groups including The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Pride Hotels Group, The Orchid Hotel Group, [url=]Treat Hotels & Resorts[/url] and [url=]Accord Hotels & Resorts[/url]. The platform has also integrated with Marriott International systems for multi-property operations.
According to the companies, the acquisition builds on an existing partnership and will continue without disruption to current customers or ongoing projects. The combined platform aims to address operational challenges faced by hotel groups through centralised and integrated technology solutions. |
