ACME Solar Holdings Ltd reported a 12.92 per cent rise in consolidated profit after tax for the fourth quarter of FY26 at Rs 139 crore, compared with Rs 123.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company’s revenue from operations during the quarter increased 12.52 per cent year on year to Rs 486.9 crore from Rs 432.7 crore in Q4 FY25.
Operational growth supports earnings
The renewable energy company said growth in revenue was supported by capacity additions and improved operational performance across its solar power portfolio. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 445 crore, reflecting continued strength in project execution and electricity generation.
For the full financial year FY26, ACME Solar reported steady growth in operational capacity as it continued expanding its renewable energy pipeline across solar, hybrid and firm renewable energy projects. The company has been increasing its focus on utility scale renewable assets and long term power purchase agreements.
ACME Solar also highlighted progress in project commissioning and financing activities during the year, amid rising demand for renewable energy and storage linked power projects in India. The company operates across multiple renewable energy segments and continues to expand its presence in large scale clean energy infrastructure. |
