Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) reported an EBITDA of Rs 8,726 crore for FY26, up 13% year-on-year. Profit after tax stood at Rs 2,393 crore for the year.
In Q4 FY26, EBITDA was Rs 2,372 crore, up 5% year-on-year, while PAT stood at Rs 723 crore. Total income for FY26 rose to Rs 28,325 crore, with Q4 income at Rs 7,588 crore. Operational revenue for the year stood at Rs 18,296 crore.
The company said performance was supported by growth in transmission and smart metering, along with stable performance in the distribution business.
Operational highlights
During the year, AESL commissioned multiple transmission projects, including the Mumbai HVDC project, and crossed 1 crore smart meter installations. The transmission pipeline under construction stands at 13 projects worth Rs 71,779 crore, with near-term tendering opportunities estimated at around Rs 1.5 lakh crore.
The company said the smart meter rollout crossed the 1 crore mark during the year, while growth visibility remains supported by an expanding asset base, a pipeline of HVDC projects, and ongoing execution across segments.

The company reported capex of Rs 14,232 crore in FY26. In the distribution business, Mumbai operations saw an increase in units sold, while network losses remained at around 4.2 per cent. |
