The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has achieved a record-breaking ₹177 crore per acre, outbeating the earlier record of ₹100.75 cr in 2022, in Raidurg.
The government arm secured ₹1,357 crore by auctioning 7.67 acres at the IT hub of Raidurg. “This is the highest-ever price per acre realised in any government-led auction in the State, surpassing the earlier Neopolis, Kokapet benchmark of ₹100.75 crore per acre for 3.60 acres achieved in auctions conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) three years ago,” a TGIIC official said.
In 2017, a government auction at Raidurg fetched ₹42.59 crore per acre for an extent of 2.84 acres.
The Raidurg auction had participation from leading national and regional developers, he said.
The auction was managed by JLL India, while MSTC was the transaction advisor to the corporation.
