The Chief Financial Officer of Adani Total Gas, Parag Parikh, resigned effective 30 September 2025, at the end of business. The stock markets received a regulatory filing confirming this significant shift in leadership for the city gas distribution company.
Parikh is a finance executive with extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure industries. He worked as the CFO at Adani Total Gas. Before joining Adani Total Gas, he was the Executive Director and CFO at Gammon Infrastructure Projects. He has been on the board of the Rajahmundry Godavari Bridge during his career. Sikkim Hydro Power Ventures and Vizag Seaport show that he is skilled at making financial plans and monitoring large investment projects.
The business has not yet revealed Parikh's reasons for leaving or named a replacement. His departure occurs as Adani Total Gas navigates a bold expansion drive in India’s changing energy sector amidst rising competition in the gas distribution market and regulatory changes.
Adani Total Gas is a joint venture between the Adani Group and TotalEnergies of France. It has been rapidly expanding its business in many Indian towns. |
