Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of Atiara Ubud Bali, A Radisson Collection Resort, marking the debut of the Group’s luxury lifestyle brand, Radisson Collection, in Indonesia.
Set amidst the verdant jungle landscapes of Ubud, the resort is designed to immerse guests in nature, with all rooms and public areas offering panoramic forest views. Scheduled to open in 2027, the property will feature 52 elegantly appointed rooms, including six dedicated wellness suites with private yoga decks, Jacuzzis and outdoor terraces. A 530-square-metre Presidential Suite, complete with expansive terraces and a private pool, will crown the resort’s offering.
Positioned to appeal to wellness-focused travellers and international visitors in search of tranquillity, the resort is located within 90 minutes of Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport and just 30 minutes from some of the island’s most iconic cultural and natural attractions.
Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer, Radisson Hotel Group, commented, “We now offer more than 160 resorts to our guests, reflecting a solid network for our owners to join. Indonesia is a market of immense opportunity, driven by robust domestic demand and strong international appeal. We are proud to introduce Radisson Collection to the country and bring a new dimension of hospitality to Bali.”
Indonesia remains a key growth market for Radisson Hotel Group within Asia-Pacific. The Group currently operates three hotels in the country, with four more under development. Its expansion strategy is focused on major destinations such as Jakarta and Bali, while also venturing into emerging hubs.
The Group has also confirmed plans for Radisson Nusantara in Indonesia’s upcoming new capital city, with construction expected to begin in late 2025. Looking further ahead, Radisson Hotel Group is targeting the addition of 20 more hotels across Indonesia by 2030, reinforcing its commitment to scaling presence in both established and emerging destinations.
With Atiara Ubud Bali, Radisson Hotel Group strengthens its global luxury portfolio while placing Indonesia firmly on the map of Radisson Collection experiences that combine sophistication, wellness and a deep sense of place.
