CIDCO lottery is a housing scheme conducted by the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra for affordable housing in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas.
To be eligible for CIDCO lottery, applicants must be Indian citizens above 18 years of age. The applicant should not own a residential flat in their name or in the name of any family member in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Income criteria varies for different housing categories. For EWS category, annual family income should not exceed Rs. 3 lakhs. For LIG category, income limit is between Rs. 3 lakhs to Rs. 6 lakhs annually.
Applicants need to submit required documents including identity proof, address proof, income certificate, and passport size photographs. The application process is completely online through CIDCO\“s official website.
Successful applicants are selected through a computerized random draw system. Winners get the opportunity to purchase apartments at subsidized rates with easy payment plans and government subsidies. |
