Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are once again in the headlines for security concerns, this time after a former police officer trespassed at the Kansas City Chiefs star’s gated home in Kansas. Authorities confirmed that Justin Lee Fisher, a former officer turned private investigator, was arrested for trespassing outside Kelce’s Leawood residence. Fisher claimed he was attempting to serve legal papers on behalf of actor-director Justin Baldoni in connection to the high-profile Blake Lively v. Justin Baldoni trial.
However, a judge had already denied Baldoni’s request for an extension in the case, making Fisher’s actions questionable. Compounding the situation is the mysterious disappearance of Brian Jason Wagner, a man accused of stalking Swift since 2024.
Wagner has previously broken into the pop star’s Los Angeles home multiple times and even claimed he fathered a child with her. Swift obtained a temporary restraining order to keep him 100 yards away, but he has repeatedly evaded court proceedings that would make the order permanent.
Sources told DailyMail that Swift remains “very concerned” about Wagner’s persistence and the extreme lengths he has gone to invade her privacy.
