Speed Baccarat is a popular variant of the classic casino game, designed for players who prefer a faster pace. The core rules remain similar to traditional Baccarat, but with significantly reduced betting and dealing time.
The objective is to bet on which hand, the Player or the Banker, will have a total value closest to 9. A third option is to bet on a Tie. Cards 2 through 9 are worth their face value, Aces are worth 1, and 10s and face cards are worth 0. If a hand\“s total exceeds 9, only the last digit is considered (e.g., a total of 15 becomes 5).
The key difference in Speed Baccarat is the accelerated gameplay. The betting time is drastically shortened, often to just 12-15 seconds per round. Card dealing is also much quicker, creating a dynamic and thrilling experience. The standard drawing rules for a third card still apply based on the initial totals of the Player and Banker hands. |
