DRA Homes, a Chennai-based real estate company, has acquired 4.38 acres of prime land in Chembarambakkam, situated along the Chennai–Bengaluru highway. The acquisition of this land, valued at ₹50 crore (inclusive of stamp duty), and its complete development are poised to achieve an estimated sales potential of ₹650 crore, according to a release.
The Chennai–Bengaluru Highway is rapidly transforming into a nationally significant corridor, drawing interest from professionals, businesses, and investors well beyond Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Its enhanced connectivity, proximity to the upcoming Parandur International Airport, thriving industrial hubs such as Sriperumbudur and Poonamallee, and proposed metro expansions make it an attractive destination for buyers and investors from across India, including the northern, western, and eastern regions.

The project will feature nearly one million square feet of thoughtfully planned mid-segment homes, combined with managed residential services for flexible short-term stays. This unique hybrid model addresses the needs of both long-term homeowners and business travellers, offering a blend of convenience, flexibility, and investment potential, according to the release.
Ranjeeth Rathod, Managing Director, DRA Homes, said, “Securing this 4.38 acres land parcel on the Chennai–Bengaluru Highway is a cornerstone for our vision of delivering sustainable, modern living to a national audience.”
