The LaLiT Ashok Bangalore has introduced “Bemisaal Baluchi Express” at Baluchi, its signature Pan Indian restaurant. The new dining format has been designed for corporate professionals and business diners seeking a time-efficient lunch experience. Located in Bengaluru’s Central Business District, Baluchi is known for its North Indian cuisine and traditional dining experience. The newly launched express menu aims to offer guests a complete meal within 30 minutes while maintaining the restaurant’s focus on authentic Indian flavours.
The menu includes vegetarian, non-vegetarian and biryani options. Vegetarian offerings include Paneer Makhani, Dal Baluchi, Rajma Raseela and Bhindi Singhada, while non-vegetarian selections feature Chooza Makhani and Laal Maans paired with Dal Baluchi. The biryani menu includes Gosht Pardah Biryani, Murgh Pardah Biryani and Subz Pardah Biryani.
Meals are served with Indian breads or rice, salads, condiments, desserts and beverages such as Tender Coconut Cooler. Speaking on the launch, Executive Chef Shahul said, “Bemisaal Baluchi Express has been thoughtfully curated to offer guests the essence of Baluchi in a convenient and refined format. The menu celebrates timeless Indian flavours and traditional recipes while catering to the evolving dining preferences of today’s guests.”
