Mahesh B has been appointed as Purchase Manager. With over 25 years of experience across hospitality and healthcare, he specialises in procurement, vendor management and cost optimisation. His past associations include Taj Hotels, Hilton and Accor.
Nitianjali Rana has taken on the role of Learning & Development Manager. With 13 years of experience in training and service excellence, she will lead initiatives focused on capability building and employee development. She has worked with IndiGo Airlines, Swiggy and 24/7.ai.
Christopher Almeida has been appointed as Sous Chef. He brings over six years of culinary experience across India and Europe, with prior roles at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, JW Marriott Bangalore and Hilton Strasbourg. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, he will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, focusing on consistency and quality. |
