Managed space provider Table Space has added 4,69,000 sq ft of office space in Bengaluru.
With this, Table Space manages 4.2 million sq ft of workspace in the city. The latest addition comes as companies and GCCs move to flexible workspace options, moving away from long-term fixed contracts.
Bengaluru remains the primary engine of this sector, contributing over 45 per cent of Table Space’s overall revenue. With approximately 460,000 sq. ft. added across two of its most sought-after micro-markets, we now operate over 4.2 million sq. ft. of fully managed, premium workspace in the city, meeting enterprise demand where it is strongest, said Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO, Table Space.
Founded in 2017 by former commercial real estate professionals, Table Space portfolio comprises over 11 million (110 lakh sq. ft) square feet of custom-built managed workspaces and ready-to-move-in suites built for some of the world’s prominent enterprises across sectors - including Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies, with over 425 clients served to date.
