Every year, TVS Credit presents the E.P.I.C (Enrich - Perform - Innovate - Challenge) campus challenge, an initiative that not only tests students' problem-solving skills but also paves the way for their prosperous professional futures. Launched in 2019, the competition provides a unique platform for participants to showcase their skills through challenges across IT, Strategy, Finance and Analytics.

E.P.I.C Campus Challenge was conceptualised as a programme to identify the crème de la crème from the budding young talent pool across colleges in India. The programme is designed to enable participants to engage in both individual and team-based challenges, testing their abilities and skills whilst preparing them for tomorrow's workplace.

The 7th season of the competition, held from July through September 2025, reached remarkable new heights, with 1,35,000+ registrations from 7800+ colleges across India. The season featured 120 Campus Ambassadors from top B-Schools and E-Schools, who drove awareness and engagement in their respective institutions.

This edition introduced an exciting twist with Generative AI as a sub-theme, encouraging participants to thoughtfully integrate AI tools into their ideation and solutions. The competition unfolded through multiple rigorous rounds, comprising case study challenges, exclusive masterclasses by TVS Credit's business leaders, and a grand finale where shortlisted teams presented innovative solutions to industry decision-makers.

The competition kicked off with registrations closing on 3rd August, followed by intensive case study rounds crafted by TVS Credit's internal experts. Students competed across four functional tracks (Strategy, Analytics, Finance, and IT), choosing based on their interests and expertise. The campaign theme #YourEPICMove inspired students to step up, lead boldly, and bring real solutions to real challenges.

The finalists received invaluable mentorship from TVS Credit's senior leadership through exclusive masterclasses, gaining hands-on exposure to real business scenarios and strategic thinking. The Grand Finale featured 40 teams presenting their innovative solutions and interacting with senior leadership from TVS Credit.
