Certificates Required for TS EAMCET Slot Booking
To book a slot for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET), you must submit the following documents as specified by the exam authorities:
1. Identity Proof
Original plus self-attested copy of one of the following:
Aadhaar Card
Voter’s ID
Ration Card
PAN Card
College ID (with photo)
Proof of Date of Birth (DoB):
School leaving certificate (class 10 or 12)
SSLC/SSLC/e-pass (with DoB)

2. Educational Certificates
SSLC/Inter (Class 10/12) Mark Sheet (original + self-attested).
Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable):
For SC/ST/OBC candidates, a certificate issued by the Telangana State Level heterogeneous castes committee or relevant authority.
Must be valid and not expired.
3. Application Form
TS EAMCET Application Form (printout of the submitted online application).
Payment Receipt: Proof of fee payment (generated after successful application submission).
4. Recent Photo
Passport-sized photo (same as uploaded in the application) for verification.
5. Special Cases
NCC/CAP/ Sports/Other Certificates: If applicable for reservations or scholarships.
Medical Certificate: For candidates seeking relaxation in age/physical standards (if required).
