Mumbai City FC, the defending champions, are known for their attacking style of play. They have a strong fan base and play their home matches at the Mumbai Football Arena. The team has consistently performed well in previous seasons.
Bengaluru FC brings their rich legacy to the tournament, having won multiple domestic titles. Their home ground is the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bangalore, where they enjoy tremendous local support.
Kerala Blasters FC boasts one of the largest fan followings in the league. Based in Kochi, they play at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and are known for their passionate supporters called the \“Manjappada\“.
Other notable teams include ATK Mohun Bagan, Chennaiyin FC, FC Goa, Hyderabad FC, Jamshedpur FC, NorthEast United FC, Odisha FC, East Bengal FC, and the newly added team for this season.
The league follows a round-robin format where each team plays against every other team twice - once at home and once away. The top six teams qualify for the playoffs, leading to the grand finale.
