Kabaddi is a traditional Indian sport that has gained international recognition. A standard kabaddi team consists of 7 players on the court at any given time during a match. However, each team typically has 5 additional substitute players, making the total squad size 12 members.
The sport originated in ancient India and has been played for thousands of years.
