Kabaddi is a traditional Indian sport that requires a specific ground setup. The ground measurement for men\“s kabaddi is 13 meters by 10 meters, divided into two halves. Each half has a baulk line and a bonus line. The rules state that a raider must enter the opponent\“s court, tag as many defenders as possible, and return to their half while chanting \“kabaddi\“ in one breath. Defenders aim to stop the raider by tackling them. Points are scored based on successful raids or tackles, and the team with the most points wins. |
