Kritika Arora has been appointed as the new Human Resources Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune–Chinchwad, bringing over 10 years of experience in human resources, learning, and quality assurance across leading hospitality brands. Her career includes roles at Hyatt, IHG, Oberoi, and Pride Hotels, where she has been instrumental in building strong organizational cultures and fostering employee engagement. Arora previously contributed to DoubleTree by Hilton Pune in roles such as Training Executive and Assistant Manager – HR & Training, successfully supporting HR strategies and audits. Most recently, she served as Learning Manager at Hyatt, Ahmedabad, leading talent and training initiatives to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
Arora holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University and has undertaken certifications in Leadership, Train-the-Trainer, POSH, and Quality Assurance.
