SO/ Ras Al Khaimah has appointed Tigin Canci as its new Director of People & Culture. Canci brings over a decade of international hospitality HR experience, having previously served as Talent & Culture Manager at Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi. His earlier roles include Director of Talent & Culture for Rixos’ Kazakhstan Region, where he led organizational development initiatives across multiple properties and senior HR positions at Meeting Point Hotels and Demirören Yatırım Holding. He has also held HR roles at Dünyagöz Hastaneler Grubu, Gloria Hotels & Resorts, Rixos Downtown Antalya and Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum.
