The National Real Estate Development Council (Naredco), the apex body representing India’s real estate sector under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has elected Parveen Jain as its new President and Niranjan Hiranandani as Chairman. The appointments signal a renewed leadership aimed at driving transparency, innovation, and sustainable growth in the sector.
Parveen Jain, Founder and Managing Director of Tulip Infratech, is recognised as one of North India’s leading real estate developers. Known for delivering quality residential and commercial projects, Jain has built a reputation for professionalism, timely delivery, and sustainable development practices. He previously served as President of Naredco (National) from 2015 to 2017 and as President of Naredco, Haryana, where he championed reforms to improve the ease of doing business and regulatory efficiency.
Speaking on his appointment, Jain said, “It is a privilege to lead Naredco once again. Our focus will be on promoting transparency, supporting progressive policy reforms, and enabling sustainable growth that aligns with India’s larger economic vision. Naredco will continue to act as a bridge between the government and the real estate fraternity.”
Niranjan Hiranandani, Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Hiranandani Group, brings decades of experience in urban infrastructure development and policy advocacy. A pioneer in India’s real estate sector, Hiranandani emphasised collaboration between the government and industry as a driver for growth and credibility. “With Jain’s visionary leadership, I am confident that the organisation will continue to champion constructive reforms and contribute significantly to the nation’s development goals,” he said.
The Naredco Governing Council expressed strong support for the new leadership, highlighting their combined experience, integrity, and shared vision for sustainable urban transformation. The Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs also congratulated the duo, reaffirming its support for  Naredco's efforts to enhance innovation, regulatory efficiency, and sectoral growth aligned with national priorities.
