After digitally altered pictures of her began circulating online, Priyanka Arul Mohan issued a strong statement calling them fake.
The pictures included bathroom selfies where she appeared to be covering herself with a petticoat.
Condemning the “images falsely depicting her,” she said AI must be used responsibly and not to demean others. She urged people to be mindful of what they create and share.
Many actresses have been targets of AI-generated content, and Priyanka Mohan is the latest victim.
For the past two days, images showing her with exaggerated cleavage and intimate poses have been widely shared.
Some even assumed they were stills from an upcoming film, but she clarified that none of them are real.
She wrote, ““Some AI-generated images falsely depicting me have been circulating. Please stop sharing or spreading these fake visuals. AI should be used for ethical creativity and not misinformation. Let’s be mindful of what we create and what we share. Thank you.”
