BLS International Services FY26 Profit Climbs 34%, Revenue Nears Rs 3,000 Cr

New Delhi-based BLS International Services reported a 34.1 per cent rise in consolidated net profit for FY26 at Rs 723.8 crore, supported by strong growth in its visa and digital services businesses.
The company’s revenue from operations climbed 36.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,998.2 crore in FY26, while EBITDA rose 30.1 per cent to Rs 818.9 crore, according to its audited financial results released on May 20.
The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.5 per share for FY26, in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 2 already paid during the year, taking the total annual payout to nearly Rs 103 crore.
Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director of BLS International, said the company delivered its “highest-ever performance” across key metrics during FY26, driven by operational efficiency, government partnerships and expansion in technology-enabled services.
The company said its Visa and Consular Services segment remained a key profit driver, with segment EBITDA margin improving to 40.1 per cent in FY26 from 34.5 per cent a year earlier. Revenue from the segment grew 11.3 per cent to Rs 1,840.3 crore, aided by a 17.6 per cent rise in visa application volumes to 44.1 lakh.
The Digital Services business recorded sharper growth, with revenue more than doubling to Rs 1,157.9 crore in FY26 following the consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions.
Expansion Across Global Markets
BLS International said it secured several international contracts during the year, including visa application centre operations for the Ministry of External Affairs in China, a global visa services contract from Slovakia, and multiple Cyprus visa processing mandates.
During the March quarter, the company commenced Cyprus visa operations in Kazakhstan and Slovakia visa application services in Lebanon and Kenya, strengthening its presence across the CIS, Middle East and Africa regions.
The company also expanded its AI-led initiatives through a partnership with Sypha AI to modernise visa and consular processing systems. It additionally launched an AI voice bot for Spain-Ireland visa applicants capable of responding in over 15 languages.
For Q4FY26, BLS International reported a 28.7 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 186.9 crore, while quarterly revenue increased 17.6 per cent to Rs 814.6 crore.
