Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport has announced the launch of “Flavours of India”, a themed Sunday brunch series at its NYC Restaurant, focused on showcasing regional Indian street food traditions through curated dining experiences.
The four-part brunch series will take place on May 17, 24 and 31, followed by June 7, 2026. Each edition will highlight cuisines from different regions of the country, including North, South, West and East India.
According to the hotel, the concept has been designed to recreate the diversity of Indian street food within a luxury dining environment. The experience will include live cooking stations, region-inspired beverages and interactive dining elements that allow guests to engage directly with chefs and customise dishes.
The brunch series will begin with North Indian flavours inspired by destinations such as Old Delhi and Amritsar, followed by menus centred on southern, western and eastern Indian culinary traditions over the following weekends.
Commenting on the initiative, Chef Gurneet Grover said, “With ‘Flavours of India’, we wanted to bring the authenticity and emotional connect of Indian street food into a more elevated dining experience. Every region in India has its own story, its own flavours, and its own memories.”
The hotel said the programme is aimed at creating a recurring experiential dining format that combines regional food traditions with five-star hospitality experiences.
“Flavours of India” will be hosted at NYC Restaurant on all Sundays of the programme period.
