Q. What inspired The Find Atelier? Why did you choose to create a supper club?
The Find Atelier was born from a desire to reimagine hospitality as something deeply intimate, immersive, and emotionally driven. Inspired by the supper club culture we experienced across Europe, particularly in Dublin and Italy, we were drawn to the idea of creating a space where dining felt personal, unhurried, and experiential rather than transactional.
Mumbai’s dining landscape is vibrant, but we felt there was room for a more nuanced format, one that celebrated connection, storytelling, and thoughtful curation alongside exceptional food. The supper club model allowed us to strip away the noise of conventional dining and create an environment where every guest feels part of something exclusive and intentional.

Q. Why is it different from every other restaurant in the city?
What distinguishes The Find Atelier is the deeply curated nature of the experience; every detail is designed to evoke intimacy, discovery, and a sense of occasion.
 Firstly, we follow an ever-evolving, seasonally driven tasting-menu format. The menu is completely reimagined every month, allowing us to create highly curated narratives through food. Rather than offering a static dining experience, each menu is inspired by travel, memory, regional ingredients, and global techniques, ensuring that every visit feels singular and exclusive.
For instance, this May, The Find Atelier unveiled Breakfast in Bed, a nostalgic yet elevated ‘breakfast for dinner’ supper club experience inspired by the comfort of slow weekend mornings, featuring indulgent dishes such as Truffle Scrambled Eggs on Brioche and Chicken & Waffles with Hot Honey Butter.
Secondly, The Find Atelier exists at the intersection of hospitality and culture. Beyond dining, the space functions as an intimate creative salon, hosting curated gatherings, artistic collaborations, bespoke celebrations, and immersive experiences. From handcrafted tableware and layered textures to warm lighting and communal seating, the atmosphere has been designed to feel like an elegant private dinner hosted within a beautifully lived-in home, rather than a conventional restaurant.
The exclusivity of a limited-seating format further enhances the sense of rarity and personal connection that defines the experience.
Q. Which has been the most popular dish on the menu? And, how is it priced?
One of the most celebrated creations from our housewarming menu has been the Coorg Pepper Madeleines with Smoked Tomato Chutney, a dish that perfectly encapsulates The Find Atelier’s philosophy of elevating comfort through refinement and technique.
The madeleines are delicate, savoury tea cakes infused with fragrant Coorg pepper, offering warmth and subtle spice, while the smoked tomato chutney introduces depth, acidity, and a gentle smokiness that balances the richness beautifully. The interplay of familiarity and sophistication has made the dish especially memorable for guests.
As The Find Atelier offers a curated tasting menu experience, dishes are not individually priced. The overall experience is currently priced between INR 5,000 and INR 7,000 per guest, depending on the seasonality of ingredients and the menu being presented.
Q. What is your vision and the outlook for the next couple of years?
Our vision for The Find Atelier is to continue evolving it into a refined cultural and hospitality destination that transcends traditional dining. We see it becoming a space where exceptional food, meaningful conversation, art, design, and community coexist effortlessly.
Over the next few years, we aim to deepen our focus on highly curated experiences, from intimate chef collaborations and bespoke private dinners to multidisciplinary cultural gatherings and immersive brand partnerships. We are particularly interested in nurturing a new luxury narrative rooted in intimacy, authenticity, and emotional connection rather than scale.
