Speculation recently surfaced claiming that senior actor JD Chakravarthy, who is in his 50s, was planning to marry actress Vishnupriya.
The rumours quickly spread online, drawing attention due to the noticeable age gap between the two.
However, JD Chakravarthy has firmly dismissed these claims.
Speaking during the promotions of his upcoming film Gaayapadda Simham, slated for release on May 1, the actor clarified that there is no truth to the gossip.
He explained that his connection with Vishnupriya is purely based on mentorship.
With a strong interest in philosophy beyond cinema, JD said he considers her a student in that regard. He also mentioned that she respectfully addresses him as “Guru garu.”
Putting an end to the speculation, JD Chakravarthy made it clear that there is no romantic angle in their relationship and completely ruled out any possibility of marriage.
