Filmmaker Karan Johar recently opened up about the loneliness of singlehood and his journey in searching for love during his appearance on Sania Mirza’s chat show Serving It Up with Sania.
He shared that there was a time when he deeply longed for companionship and went through heartbreak and one-sided love.
Karan also revealed that many people advised him to find love abroad, but his responsibilities kept him in India.
“Go where? I live here. I have a mom and two kids. I have to stay here,” he said.
He admitted that loneliness is something he still experiences.
“You feel the loneliest during your highs, not your lows. Eating alone is another thing that reminds you of loneliness,” he added. |
