TGI Hotels has strengthened its footprint with two strategic launches in India. In Goa, the brand has signed Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort, marking its second property in the state. Scheduled to open in December 2025, the beachfront retreat on Palolem Beach will offer 42 cottages combining natural aesthetics with modern comforts. Amenities will include a multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant, a swimming pool, gym, and spa, positioning the resort as a premium coastal hideaway for leisure travellers.
Commenting on the signing, Amit Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer, TGI Hotels, said: Panjim laid the foundation for our growth in Goa, and expanding into Palolem is a natural next step. Trishvam, part of our premium brand collection, reflects TGI’s commitment to elevated hospitality. Trishvam Palolem Beach Resort is the third property under the Trishvam premium brand collection, after Pondicherry and Krishnagiri, strengthening TGI’s presence in the leisure segment and enhancing its footprint in Goa. With this new resort, we aim to offer guests a refined beachfront stay that brings together comfort, local charm, and our signature warmth.
In Tamil Nadu, following the success of Fressotel Seetharam, TGI Hotels has opened TGI SPS Grand in Coimbatore’s Ram Nagar. The 53-room property caters to business and leisure travellers with stylish rooms, modern amenities, conference spaces, Silver Oak Restaurant offering multi-cuisine options, and Shooters Bar. The hotel aims to provide a seamless, value-driven stay experience while enhancing the brand’s presence in the region.
Speaking on the occasion, Kumar said, “Coimbatore has always been a key market for us. With the launch of TGI SPS Grand, we aim to elevate the hospitality experience for travellers and further strengthen our commitment to this vibrant city.”

These developments reflect TGI Hotels’ focussed expansion strategy, targeting high-demand leisure destinations like Goa while strengthening operations in emerging urban centres such as Coimbatore. Both properties reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering comfort, wellness, and quality service across its growing portfolio.
