In poker, the hierarchy of hands determines the winner when players reveal their cards. The highest ranking hand is the Royal Flush, consisting of Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and Ten, all in the same suit. Following this is the Straight Flush, which is any five consecutive cards of the same suit.
Next in line is Four of a Kind, where four cards have the same rank. Then comes the Full House, a combination of three cards of one rank and two cards of another rank. The Flush is any five cards of the same suit, not in sequence.
The Straight consists of five consecutive cards of mixed suits. Three of a Kind has three cards of the same rank. Two Pair includes two different pairs of cards. One Pair has two cards of the same rank, and the lowest hand is High Card, where no other hand is made. |
