Roulette outside bets are wagers placed on the outer section of the roulette table layout. These bets offer higher probability of winning but lower payouts compared to inside bets.
The main types of outside bets include:
Red/Black: Betting on whether the ball will land on a red or black number
Odd/Even: Wagering on whether the winning number will be odd or even 
High/Low: Betting on numbers 1-18 （low） or 19-36 （high）
Dozens: Betting on one of three groups of 12 numbers
Columns: Wagering on one of the three vertical columns
