Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa have appointed Reekshit Siddhanta as Deputy General Manager for the two North Goa properties. Siddhanta brings over 24 years of experience in luxury hospitality operations, guest experience management and hotel leadership across India and the UAE.
He began his hospitality career as a Taj Management Trainee in Housekeeping in 2002 and later held leadership roles across several Taj properties. His previous assignments include Executive Housekeeper at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace and a role with the pre-opening team at Taj Falaknuma Palace. He also served in senior Rooms Division leadership positions at Fairmont Jaipur, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Goa and Taj Dubai.
Prior to this appointment, Siddhanta was serving as Hotel Manager at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Goa. Speaking on his new role, Reekshit Siddhanta said, “As a hotelier, to be able to contribute to the legacy of the oldest heritage hotels in Goa is truly a dream come true. These iconic resorts have defined hospitality in Goa for decades and continue to hold a very special place in the hearts of generations of travellers.
