Director Prashanth Neel and NTR teamed up for an action thriller and began shooting last year with plans to release it in June 2026.
The duo even showcased their bonhomie, spending time together with their families and promoting the project with great enthusiasm.
However, the film has been facing hurdles from early on. After completing two schedules, the story reportedly underwent changes as NTR was not satisfied with the filmed portions.
Following a gap of nearly two months, shooting resumed, but the recent foreign schedule was cut short due to the Middle East crisis.
Now, the latest schedule has also been cancelled and is expected to resume after a few weeks.
There seem to be ongoing issues affecting the film, tentatively titled “Dragon.” Rukmini Vasanth plays the female lead, while Anil Kapoor has a key role. |
