Sports Day is a fun event for everyone. It has many games and races. Here is the order of events for a typical Sports Day.
First, we start with the opening ceremony. The principal gives a speech. Then, we have the march past. Students walk in lines with their houses.
Next, we begin the races. The first race is the 100-meter sprint. After that, we have the relay race. Teams of four run together.
Then, we have field events. These include long jump and high jump. Students try to jump as far or as high as they can.
After that, we have fun games. There is a three-legged race and sack race. Everyone laughs and has a good time.
Finally, we end with the closing ceremony. Winners get medals. The principal gives a closing speech. Everyone goes home happy. |
