Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's brother Anmol Bishnoi was deported from the United States on Tuesday and is expected to reach India on November 19.
Who is Anmol Bishnoi?
Anmol Bishnoi was added the NIA's Most Wanted List in 2024 and a Rs 10 lakh reward was issued for his arrest. He is wanted by India in connections with the murders of NCP leader Baba Siddique in October 2024 and Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala in May 2022.

Anmol went missing immediately after Moosewala's death and reports suggested that he fled India on a fake passport. Later, reports claimed that he was spotted in Kenya after which he changed the location multiple times.
In April 2023, Anmol was spotted a Punjabi wedding in California in April 2023 along with singers Karan Aujla and Sharry Mann. However, both Aujla and Mann said they were clueless about Anmol's presence at the wedding as they came just to perform.
According to sources, Anmol entered the US illegally and was arrested by the US authorities in November 2024.
The US Homeland Security Department, in a email sent to Siddique's son Zeeshan, said, "This email is to inform you ANMOL BISHNOI has been removed from the United States by the federal government. The offender was removed on November 18, 2025."
He is also wanted in connection with two shooters opening fire outside actor Salman Khan's home in April 2024. The Mumbai Police chargesheet said that Anmol egged the two shooters to "do the work well" as they "will script history". |
