PM Modi roars in Patna
Previously, the Prime Minister held a mega roadshow in Patna on Sunday evening, besides addressing back-to-back rallies in Bhojpur and Nawada districts.
He claimed the Congress had been unwilling to accept Tejashwi Yadav as the INDIA bloc’s Chief Ministerial and relented only after the RJD pointed a “katta”, an unlicensed gun, at its head. “The Congress never wanted to announce the chief ministerial candidate in favour of the RJD. The RJD secured it by placing a katta on the head of the Congress. They have learnt their lessons in the school of jungle raj. Such elements can never do good for Bihar,” he alleged.
“The crown prince of jungle raj has been wary that the Voter Adhikar Yatra of the other yuvraj may be denting his own prospects. Hence, the RJD has put up its candidate against the state president of the Congress. Let the polls be over. The two allies will be breaking each other’s heads,” the PM added, without naming Rahul Gandhi or Tejashwi Yadav.

Congress rejects PM Modi’s claims
Reacting to Prime Minister Modi’s claims, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said it’s a “lie”.
“All of this is a lie. He (PM Modi) has nothing else to say. I will answer this today in Bihar. What he is saying is a lie. Nobody will tell someone else to make someone the CM at gunpoint. Congress has never done this,” Kharge told ANI.
He said that “Modi ji is the PM of this country; his saying such things is laughable. This shows his level. He sets aside the level at which a PM should speak and is making election speeches in Bihar”.
The Bihar assembly polls will be held in two phases on November 6 and November 11, while the counting of votes will take place on November 14.

Bihar Election 2025 LIVE Updates: 'Double engine only spreading smoke'- Sachin Pilot's slams NDA govt
Addressing a public gathering in Bihar's Gaya, Congress leader Sachin Pilot said that the NDA's double-engine is working properly and is only spreading "smoke" every where.
"Ask the BJP allies why there is unemployment, why farmers are troubled, why educated youth are wandering in search of jobs. Their only answer is about Hindus, Muslims, temples, and buses," he said,
Stressing that the "engine" needs to be changed, Pilot said, "Apart from this, the double-engine model they have implemented is continuously failing, and smoke is spreading everywhere; the engine is not working. This engine needs to be changed, and the change will start from the grassroots..." |
