Honk, the Pan-Asian restaurant at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, has introduced its Sunday Dim Sum Brunch, offering guests an extensive and curated selection of dim sum and Asian specialities. The brunch is designed to combine authentic flavors with a relaxed, weekend dining experience.
The menu begins with salads and soups, including vegetarian options like Gomaae and Arugula Pomelo, alongside non-vegetarian dishes such as Bang Bang Chicken and Malaysian Rojak Buah. Comforting soups like Vegetable Wonton and Chicken Shiitake Egg Drop complement the starters.
The highlight is the dim sum spread, featuring vegetarian classics such as Four Season’s Dumpling, Vegetable Siu Mai, Mushroom Coriander Chili Dumpling, and Himalayan Soupy Dumpling, alongside non-vegetarian options including Prawn Har Gow, Chicken and Spinach Wrap, Lamb Kothey, and Steamed Pork Ribs. Fried and baked selections like Char Siu Pork Bao, Seaweed Shrimp Roll, BBQ Chicken Puff, Eggplant Puff, and Turnip Cake add variety.
Additional offerings include ‘from-the-wok’ preparations such as Chinese Greens with Garlic Soy and Cantonese-Style Fried Chicken, rice and noodle dishes including Singaporean-style Mifen, Kimchi Fried Rice, Yangzhou Fried Rice, and Zha Jiang Mian with Chicken.
