HCLTech To Announce Q2 Results On 17 October
HCL Technologies will announce its financial results for the second quarter ending September 2025 on 17 October, the company said in a stock exchange filing.The board of directors will meet to consider and approve the quarterly earnings for the period July to September. The board will also consider declaring an interim dividend for the current financial year.
The IT services major will hold an earnings conference call with analysts and investors on the same day to discuss the financial performance. The results will be made public after market trading hours.
In the previous quarter ending June 2025, HCLTech had reported a net profit of Rs 4,257 crore on revenue of Rs 30,076 crore. The company had declared an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share during that quarter.
The company follows the April to March financial year, making the July-September period the second quarter of financial year 2025-26.
