AB Energia Unveils Arkannect Platform For Residential Solar Push
AB Energia has launched Arkannect, a distributed solar platform aimed at accelerating rooftop solar adoption among residential consumers and MSMEs in India. As part of the initiative, the company has appointed Sagar Saxena as Chief Executive Officer of Arkannect, who will lead its growth, market expansion and customer adoption. The company said the platform combines a distributed network of local partners with centralised execution to deliver consistent quality, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. This approach is expected to expand access to rooftop solar for smaller consumers who have traditionally faced barriers in navigating the market.
Leadership and growth strategy
Commenting on the launch, Siddharth Bhatia, CEO and Managing Director of AB Energia Solutions, said, “Rooftop solar adoption is gaining strong momentum across India, and residential consumers and MSMEs deserve that same standard of quality and trust but have rarely had access to it. Arkannect is our way of extending our industrial expertise to a wider customer base.”
Sagar Saxena, CEO of Arkannect, said the platform is designed to make rooftop solar more accessible and transparent for consumers. The company is targeting revenues of Rs 700–1,000 crore over the next three years as it scales operations and strengthens its presence in distributed solar markets.
