Roseate Hotels adopts 3D technology for event planning

Roseate Hotels & Resorts has teamed up with event-tech platform Spalba to bring 3D digital twin technology to its event venues. The move makes Roseate one of the first hotel groups in India to use this technology at scale, aiming to improve planning and booking for corporate events and weddings.
Spalba’s platform creates virtual models of event spaces, allowing planners and clients to explore the venue and try out different layouts online. Seating arrangements, decor, and stage setups can be simulated, giving a clear idea of how the event will look before any work begins. This reduces the need for multiple site visits and speeds up decision-making.
“The future of hospitality will be defined by how quickly the industry integrates digital into its core offerings,” Kush Kapoor, CEO of Roseate Hotels & Resorts, said. “For event spaces in particular, virtual replicas not only give clients control and transparency but also help hotels adapt to the demand for faster, more flexible planning models. This is not just a tool for convenience; it is part of the structural shift in how events are bought and sold”, he added.
For Roseate, the technology is more than a tool; it is a way to shape the future of MICE and wedding events. Hotels using the platform have reported faster bookings, higher client satisfaction, and smoother planning processes. The rollout will start with Roseate’s flagship properties in India, with plans to expand across the group.
Speaking about the partnership, Vishal Puri, Co-Founder of Spalba, said, “The hospitality industry is moving into a phase where technology will define how venues are marketed and how clients engage with them; Digital twins provide a quantifiable advantage from accelerating sales cycles to driving higher conversions while enabling hotels to align with global benchmarks of efficiency and innovation.”
