Kharge will hold separate meetings with senior members of the Congress Political Affairs Committee, the Pro-Committee, and district-level Congress leaders at the rally.

Last year, Kharge had experienced dizziness while addressing a rally in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua. After the rally said that he would not die anytime soon, at least not before defeating Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "I’m not going to die so soon. I will stay alive until we remove Modi. I will listen to you and fight for you," he said.
Party insiders said that Kharge will resume work once doctors declare him fit.
